Liquid Sunlight gifts us a sweet splash of light, a reminder of summer and lightness as it washes away stuckness in a solar cleanse. St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) blossoms of perforated petals absorb the sunlight and expand our own receptivity to solar energy and lightness of the heart.

Dandelion petals, (Taraxacum officinale) these tenacious beauties clean and purify us as they bring light to the deepest corners and cracks in the concrete and of our own shells. Swamp lantern, (Lysichiton americanus) or skunk cabbage is an ancient and deep rooted medicine of the sun bringing light and warmth.

Quxmin seeds (Lomatium nudicaule) bring a warming solar cleanse and stimulate release of stuckness. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) brings fire and spice as it warms and enhances the effects of other plants. Orange (Rutaceae spp) for uplifting and energizing solar vibrations.
